Did you ever wake up and look in the mirror and see a sleep deprived zombie looking back at you? If you can answer yes like I can, then you might want to try these seriously easy, life changing beauty hacks that I am going to mention.
Tip #1. Use under eye patches or masks. They are great to slap on as soon as you get out of bed and can wear them throughout your entire morning routine. I love keeping them in the fridge for an extra boost to really wake me up.
Tip #2. Spray a Vitamin C or Cucumber facial mist on your skin. I love the Pixi Beauty Vitamin Wakeup Mist. It contains citrus and really energizes any area that it is applied. It smells really nice too!
Tip #3. Line your water liner with a nude liner. This will make your eyes not only look brighter, but also bigger. I stay away from black liner whenever I feel like I look tired because black tends to make your eyes look more closed.
Tip #4. Concealer! Apply a lighter concealer shade under your eyes in a triangular shape. Doing this will not only make your eyes look more awake, but it will lift the entire area. Stay away from applying concealer just on the dark spot or puffy area because this will actually draw negative attention to the area that you are trying to hide.
Tip #5. Apply a light shade to your inner eye corner. I love this trick because it instantly brightens my eyes and also looks really pretty. My favorite shade to use for this is “Venus” from the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette.
Tip #6. Use a mascara or lash gel to spread out and lengthen lashes. Doing this will instantly make your eyes appear more open.
I hope you enjoyed these quick beauty hacks to help you look more awake and bright eyed. If you try any and they work for you, let me know in a comment!
