E.L.F. Cosmetics Brush Review

Hi dolls.

Welcome back to my blog.

I’m back with a very requested review on the new Elf Cosmetics brushes I purchased.

I posted this photo on Instagram and had many of you wondering how well they work.

I ordered 2 of the Ultimate Buffing brushes, 1 Ultimate Eyebrow Duo brush, and I also went to my local Elf Studio Store to pick up the Ultimate Kabuki brush.

I didn’t pick up their new contour brush because I have one just like it from Sonia Kashuk,  buuutt now I regret it and will probably order it after I post this review lol

Elf Cosmetics products have always been a favorite of mine because they make quality products without breaking your pockets.  I always recommend their products and am always excited to see what new things they come out with.  I’m actually very intrigued by their new skin care line and want to try that next. Anyway I’m rambling!…On with my review.

The buffing brush was $6.  It has very dense bristles which I love because it’s so easy to work with cream or powder products.   I apply my foundation with it and it leaves a very even flawless coverage.  I’m glad I ordered 2 of these brushes, and I think they are great for any makeup artist kit.

The eyebrow brush was $3.  One end has your spoolie to help comb, shape, and tame your brow hairs, and the other side is your angled brush.  I love the brush because it is very compact helping you make sharp crisp, lines and not feeling flimsy.  I have used this to fill my brows in with my Anastasia dip brow, as well as a powder and it works great with both product types.

At first when I saw this Kabuki brush I could not believe the size of it and automatically wondered what you could even apply with such a huge brush.  This brush was $10, and I purchased this one at the Elf Studio Store.  To my suprise it comes in handy and works well with a few things so far.  For the face you actually can contour with this.  You just have to use the edge of the brush and take your time.   I love how soft and dense it is because it helps blend out any lines you may have from applying your makeup.  I have also used it to highlight my collar bone and shoulders for a night out.  I definitely wouldn’t try to apply blush with this but it is absolutely amazing for bronzer.  Any brush that is a multi-tasker is a winner in my book.

Just a quick FYI if you order online you get free shipping with any purchase of $25 at http://www.eyeslipsface.com

I hope this was helpful and if you have anything else you want to know or you would like me to review please follow me and leave me your thoughts.  I love interacting with you all 🙂

Thank you for reading.
