New Wet n Wild Product First Impressions + Makeup Tutorial

Hi loves!

Who else is excited to see better quality products at the drugstore?  I know I am!  The Drugstore makeup God’s have really stepped up their products, making them very similar to much higher end brands.

One night at Walgreens, I was sharing a great sale on the Garnier Micellar Water with everyone on SnapChat– (melly_cakez), and I saw a gorgeous display of brand new Wet n Wild cosmetics.  Of course I had to check it out!

I was extremely intrigued when I saw their Contouring Palette, and their Illuminating Palette.  First off, the price was just unbeatable.  $4.99 for huge disc size products.  I also picked up their new Color Icon Blush, which was $2.99, three of their Velvet Matte Lip Color Crayons for $3.49 each, and Studio Eyeshadow Palette, $6.99.

Each product has great pigmentation, and are very easy to blend out.  The Illuminating palette will easily become your everyday go-to product for that fierce highlight.  I was extremely impressed with the eyeshadow palette quality, as well as the amazing brush it comes with.  It’s an actual double ended brush, with one flat side thats great for packing on lid color, and a fluffy side that works great in the crease, and to blend out shadows.  Bye Bye tiny sponge tip applicator! lol

I suggest that you run out to your drugstore, or Walmart and hunt these babies down!

Thanks so much for reading!

Those lip crayons are EVERYTHING! I wish they would make a few vampy colors to add to the collection! Unfortunately, the lip crayons were the only thing my Walgreens had in stock but I will keep checking back! Happy Monday!
