L’Oreal EverPure Cleansing Balm Review | Worth The Hype?

L'Oreal Cleansing Balms Review

Hi loves!

Today I will be talking all about the  L’Oreal EverCurl Cleansing Balm.  As a beauty enthusiast, I am always trying out new products.  This is one product I have used quite a few times and have wanted to share.

What is a cleansing balm?

When I think of the word balm, I automatically think of something with a waxy texture.  These are conditioners that transform into a gentle cleanser. These replace your shampoo, and have a low lather.

What does a cleansing balm do?

They clean, condition, treat, detangle, soften and add shine.

When I first pumped some product into my hands I automatically thought it was conditioner because of how creamy, and thick it felt.  When applied to my wet hair, I started working it around expecting soap suds, but it was the exact opposite.  There was very little lather.  I did notice that it wasn’t making my hair feel stripped and waxy, but soft, and easy to work with.

What this cleansing balm is said to do:

  • Cleanse
  • Condition
  • Treat
  • Detangle
  • Soften
  • Shine

There is a slight fragrance that I am not a huge fan of, but it’s not terrible.

L'Oreal EverCurl Cleansing Balm

You receive 16.09 FL OZ, and costs around $9.99 or a little more depending on what store you get it from.

Overall this product left my hair feeling softer, and it definitely felt clean.  I love that this doesn’t contain sulfate, silicone, or dye, because these are very harsh, and destroy hair.

Have you tried this product yet?  How do you like it?

Thanks for reading 🙂
