Madam C.J. Walker Beauty Culture Scent And Shine Oil Review | Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Brassica Seed Oil, Coconut Oil

Hi loves,

Have any of you been struggling with dry hair?  The best thing for dry hair are hair oils, and  deep hair treatments that really penetrate the scalp and hair strands to help start the repairing and hydrating process.

Today’s post is about some oils from Madam C.J. Walker Beauty Culture that I have been trying out and enjoying.  I featured one of them in my blow dry routine, where I share with you how I dry my naturally curly hair and the products that I use.

These come in a variety of 3, and retail for $26.  You will receive 1.7 fl oz of product.

List of products:

  • Nourishing & Moisturizing Scent & Shine Coconut Oil: Helps maintain curl definition and provides a beautiful shine.  I use about 5 pumps on damp hair and let it air dry.  It smells like vanilla coconut and leaves my hair soft and shiny.
  • Nourish Condition & Restore Jamaican Black Castor Oil:  This is the perfect oil to use if you have a dry scalp and dry pieces of hair.  I unfortunately always have dry scalp no matter what season it is.  I have been applying a generous amount to my scalp, and then using the blow dryer to warm it up while on my hair so that way the product is able to absorb deeper into my scalp and hair.  Kind of like a hot oil treatment.
  • Softening & Silkening Brassica Seed Oil:  Smoothes, silkens, and moisturizes.  This oil is my favorite out of the collection.  I use this daily when I blow dry my hair. You will become obsessed with this hair oil just because of how delicious it smells.  I apply to damp hair and run it through with my fingers.  After it dries I apply some more for extra shine.

As you can see there is an oil that can help with any hair problem you may be having at the moment.  Even if your hair is perfect you could always use these for even more fabulous looking hair.

Have you tried anything from Madam C.J. Walker?
