Hi loves!

Recently Pixi Beauty has released new products that were collaborations with four different beauty bloggers. I was lucky enough to have received all of these collabs from Pixi Beauty to try out and I must say, I am very impressed. I will be reviewing all four collaborations, but in their own separate posts.  Last week I reviewed the It’s Judy Time eye and lip palettes.  You can check out that post here.  Today I want to share with you their collab with Maryam of MaryamMaquillage.  Her collab consists of two palettes and a dual ended brush that make sculpting your face a breeze.

First I will share my thoughts on her Strobe & Bronze palette.  This palette comes in a sleek plastic packaging, and is the same lovely mint color as all of the Pixi products.  You receive a total of six shades to work with.  Three bronzer shades, and three highlighting shades.  This bronzer palette retails for $20, and you can purchase one here.  Anytime I stop by Target, her collab products are always sold out!  I love this palette because it really warms up my face, and adds some life back to it after looking kind of washed out from the foundation.  These shades are very pigmented, and easy to blend.

The next product in this collaboration is the Strobe & Sculpt highlight and contour palette.    This palette also comes in the same sleek packaging as the bronze palette.  You receive a total of six shades.  Three highlighting colors and three contour colors.  The tones of each shade is perfect to give a realistic highlight and shadow effects.  Each shade feels very buttery, and apply and blend out very easily.  This highlight and contour palette retails for $20.

Lastly, to complete this collab is a dual ended synthetic fiber brush.  This Strobe & Sculpt Brush was created to apply contour, highlighters, and bronzers perfectly.  I love the two tone colored bristles, and how dense the brushes are.  Both ends feel super soft on the skin as well.  The tapered end is ideal for applying the highlight to the cheek bones, nose, cupids bow, and brow bone.  I find that using this brush allows my highlight to show up much more pigmented.  The other end is more flat making it easy to apply contour and bronzer shades to the hollow cheek bone area, forehead, jaw line, nose, and chin.  You can even squeeze the end of this brush to create more of a precise chiseled contour.  I love how perfectly this end fits in the outer areas of my face, and how easy it makes blending out harsh contour lines.  You can purchase one here.  This is another item that is always sold out at Target!

First, let me say I like how you’re breaking down the Pixi Collaboration with four beauty bloggers in different posts. This makes it really easy to understand and well organized. I did read your blog post for It’s Judy Time collaboration last week. This collaboration with Maryam of Maryam Maquillage is a bit more towards my liking. The strobe & bronze palette shades are very pretty with a neutral and golden shades. LOVE it! The dual brush looks so soft. Love that it’s dual and one end is tapered. NICE!
